Linda founded Linda Latham & Associates in 2007 to assist an up and coming bio tech with their first product launch. After 4 years in business and her company expanding she approached her daughter Brooke to see if she would consider leaving her profession as an interior designer to join her team. Fortunately for Linda, Brooke agreed and they established Global Access Meetings, Inc. With the foundation of a family business, Linda and Brooke have cultivated an extended family of exceptional industry professionals that have the dedication and creativity for delivering detailed meetings and unique events.

Linda Latham

Owner & President

Linda has over 30 years of experience in the meeting and event planning industry. She began her career planning meetings for Fortune 500 companies, focusing on site selection, hotel contract negotiations, on-site management, budget preparation, and off-site creative implementation of events. She started Global Access Meetings in 2007 and prides herself on providing exceptional service, superior management skills, and unforgettable events.

Brooke Davis

VP of Operations

With a degree in Business Administration from Chico State University and emphasis in entrepreneurship, Brooke pursued an interior design career after college. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco and worked for 3 years in high end residential design. Having a strong passion for travel and learning other cultures, Brooke started in the meeting’s industry as a travel director, working alongside her mother and other top industry professionals. Her creativity and attention to detail gave her a competitive edge in the meetings industry so when given the opportunity to team with her mother, she jumped at the offer and began to build Global Access Meetings. She has operated hundreds of programs on 4 continents and has traveled extensively both professionally and personally. Her ability to effortlessly adapt to new cultures and represent her client both domestically and abroad allows her clients to focus on the business content while she handles everything else.

Brian M. Myers, CMP

Senior Project Manager

A meetings professional with 20+ years experience, specializing in strategic meeting and event management and contract negotiations, Brian’s logistical planning and innovative end to end meeting solutions are cost effective, exceed client expectations and result in high customer satisfaction. Having studied Hospitality Management at Roosevelt University, he received his certification in Corporate Travel Management and obtained his Certified Meeting Professional designation (CMP). Brian’s personability and attention to detail allows his clients to rest easy knowing everything will be accurately taken care of.

Laurie Turpin-Soderholm

Director, Meetings & Events

Laurie brings the experience of working in over 40 countries over 20+ years on events ranging from business meetings to travel incentives to Olympic Games, galas, festivals, parades and more. With an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from Georgetown University, a Master’s Degree in Theatre from Northwestern University, and years of work in Chicago’s vibrant professional theatre world, Laurie’s background has allowed her to look thru a wide angle lens and design events that are both one of a kind and memorable. She loves to take the road less traveled and head directly towards the unexpected when it comes to event design.

Katelyn Crawford

Project Manager

Katelyn was drawn to the world of event planning because it is where her creativity and passion for organization can come together, allowing her to create events that are both seamless and unforgettable. With a Bachelor of Science in Event Management from the University of Central Florida, Katelyn takes her craft very seriously. Katelyn is a former Character Performer at Walt Disney World Resort and she continues to use what she learned about creating “magical moments” to go the extra mile and create one of a kind events. She truly has a can-do attitude and her customer service is second to none.

 “I am passionate about the hospitality industry because I truly enjoy serving others. Planning events allows me to use my best skills and put them towards making our client’s lives easier, and the attendees’ lives more fun!”

“My favorite place to travel is to Hawaii. Polynesian culture truly fascinates me, and to think that it can be so culturally rich, so different from the Mainland, and yet so close to home, really blows me away. I don’t mind the beach time either.”

Brianna Harmon

Project Manager

After earning her degree in Business Management and Marketing from Cornerstone University, she started her career at an association management company in Chicago. While attending various meetings and conferences, she quickly discovered that she wanted to be a part of the planning process and pursued a role on the meetings team. As a meeting planner, Brianna has been able utilize her strengths, strong attention to detail and creativity, causing her passion for the hospitality industry to grow tremendously. She fell in love with the process of understanding a client’s vision and making it come to life. After three years working in Chicago, Brianna moved her career to Denver and is thrilled to be elevating her experience with Global Access Meetings.

Erica Wheeler

Graphic Designer

Erica brings 7 years of event planning experience at a few different agencies. Her career began as an intern for the Dunaj Agency, an LA-based event planning agency. After graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in Psychology, she moved to NYC where she worked in sales for the NY Yankees for 3 years before moving into experiential marketing at LeadDog Marketing Group. Her passion for event planning led her to Denver, CO to begin working at Global Access Meetings. Erica has a Graphic + Digital Design certification from Parson’s School of Design. She brings her sales, creative agency, planning and design experience to the team and is excited to continue following her passion with GAM.

I also love traveling to any place I’ve never been. I find it fascinating to be in a place that you know nothing about and wandering to unexpected places and finding hidden gems”
