We recently got back from one of our all-time favorite places to visit; San Francisco, California. There’s no place quite like San Francisco. A city nestled into hillsides, surrounded by the ocean every which way you turn, San Francisco is one of the more adventurous and lively coastal cities we’ve visited. The people, the food, the culture, the coffee, the food… did we mention the food? Fresh seafood pulled directly from the bay can be found nearly anywhere you go. The proximity to the ocean makes for chilly nights and overcast mornings, which we so happen to love! You can warm up with their famous clam chowder or their seemingly never-ending coffee shops. If you’re looking for a delicious cup of coffee, we highly recommend stopping into Blue Bottle coffee, which actually originated in Oakland, right outside the bustling city.
We had a client dinner presentation during a congress and held this at the infamous Julia Morgan Ballroom, located in the heart of San Francisco’s financial district. The space has hosted countless weddings and events throughout the years, even boasting clientele such as Michelle Obama! When we entered, we were astonished at the elegance and beauty of the space. With a feel of old meets new art deco, it has beautiful floor to ceiling windows, lush drapery, a textured ceiling, and a grand fireplace bringing the room together with a sense of coziness and warmth.
With a dinner meeting of 150 people, the wait staff is tremendous, you can tell they take pride in the service they provide. The menu changes with the season, and everything you order will be better than the next.
The dinner was elegant and intimate and the guests were comfortable, allowing for a successful business presentation.
If you ever need to have a formal business dinner presentation, make sure to check out The Julia Morgan Ballroom, it will definitely WOW your attendees!
